Today was an important milestone in my Murph challenge journey: completing the full murph (100 pull ups, 200 push ups, & 300 squats, a mile run before and after, with 9kg vest) for the first time. Although I took plenty of rest (time of 1hr 20min), being able to do something which I could only dream of only a couple of months earlier feels good. Next goal: to do the full murph in 1 hour.
